THE OASIS
Located in the lower level of Central School (L31), the Oasis provides a relaxed atmosphere where kids can express themselves freely and interact socially. The Oasis is staffed by two fantastic Program Directors-Mimi Hahn and David Gonzalez- who maintain a safe, welcoming place for kids. With pool, foosball, ping pong, a full kitchen, and plenty of space for lounging, the Oasis is the place to be.
The Oasis is open for all students Monday-Friday during lunch periods and after school from 3:25-4:30 and for Friday afternoon movie days.
GJHP STUDENT BOARD
The GJHP holds 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Student Board Meetings every month in the Oasis. These students discuss new ideas and provide feedback on past events. This unique leadership opportunity allows
our students to engage in strategic planning in a hands-on manner.
