Sun Times reporter, Karie Angell Luc, does a great job capturing some of the wackiness of the GJHP’s production of LUCKY STIFF. Among the highlights:
Gabe Klewin, 12, a sixth-grader plays the cool and cold body of Tony Hendon, did emerge from his wheelchair during a song.
So Gabe, do you have a speaking part?
The deceased Tony shook his head no. So much for lively conversation, but that didn’t stop [Director Adam] Busch from speaking.
“Come see ‘Lucky Stiff’ at Misner Auditorium this coming Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday!,” Busch said. “These guys and the rest of the cast have worked their butt off to do an amazing, high quality show, sure to entertain and make you laugh.”
