Glencoe Community Garden is a community-wide service project for community members of all ages and abilities. It is a sustainable, organic-practicing, food-producing mini-farm and garden that serves local food kitchens, pantries and other charitable organizations.
Each season, approximately 3,000 pounds of fresh food is harvested and donated to local service organizations that share the dream of food security for all and the mindfulness for our environment.
*Participants should meet at The Oasis immediately after school on Thursday, October 7 so we can walk over to the Glencoe Community Garden together at 3:30pm. Parents, please pick-up your student at the Glencoe Community Garden following the event at 5pm.
