Thank you to the parents, students and community members who came to ride, cheer and make signs in support of OTR! There may not have been a pot of gold at the Glencoe Metra Station, but there was Homer’s ice cream!

Join Team GJHP as we bike 25 miles in the North Shore Century! We are pedaling away to raise money for Over the Rainbow, an Evanston-based non-profit that provides affordable, adapted housing for adults with disabilities to live independently. This organization, which has 12 buildings throughout IL including Evanston, Palatine and Waukegan, coordinates services for its residents to help achieve goals such as returning to school and finding employment. Join us as we raise money for OTR's Resident Service Program to help them LIVE WITHOUT LIMITS!

Meet us at 9am at Canal Shores to grab your OTR t-shirt and then head out for a 25-mile bike ride across the scenic North Shore route.  A $60 registration fee is required for all adult riders and $30 for children. All the proceeds are donated to OTR's Resident Service Program to encourage independence and increase the quality of life of their residents.

Riders are invited to join afterwards for a fun, outdoor lunch at Canal Shores from 11:30am to 1:30pm celebrating Over The Rainbow! There will be music, games, a balloon twister, food, and more fun activities for kids!

If you aren’t available to ride, join GJHP at the Glencoe Metra Station from 9:30am to 10:30am, where we will be cheering on riders as they pass through the hospitality stop in Glencoe. If you possess talents such as smiling, clapping, cheering, or waving pom poms and signs then we want you, your friends and family!
