GJHP's Book Buddies pairs Big Buddies (5th-8th Grade) with Little Buddies (K-2nd Grade) to read together after school at the Glencoe Library.

$20 for the entire session!
Book Buddies is a GJHP peer mentoring literacy program that pairs K-2nd grade students with 5th-8th grade students to work on reading, comprehension, and a shared love for books!
In partnership with the Glencoe Library Staff, the objective of Book Buddies is to offer all participants an opportunity to develop personal connections and build reading skills by working with children of different ages.
Registration for Fall 2026 opens September 16 at Noon. Space is very limited!
