Cast and Crew Tributes for the GJHP MEAN GIRLS Playbook are now available for purchase through March 15, 2026!
Please download, complete and submit the order form below. Be sure to follow the instructions and indicate if you will be designing your own tribute, or selecting from the customization options so we can create one for you.

Pay ONLINE: Please CLICK HERE to pay online for your Tribute. You will be able to select the size and type of ad on the online form and then will be taken to another site to pay via PayPal. A convenience fee may be added at check-out. To avoid incurring any fees, please pay via check (as noted above).
