The Glencoe Junior High Project presents the fun, fabulous, and empowering musical LEGALLY BLONDE, live in Misner Auditorium at Central School, for four performances, April 27-30, 2023. This production features nearly 60 Glencoe 6th-8th graders in the cast and crew.
Based on the hit 2001 movie starring Reese Witherspoon, Legally Blonde is a fabulously fun journey of expanding horizons - reminding us to never judge a book by its cover or doubt our own potential for greatness. Follow the transformation of Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes and snobbery in pursuit of her pink, perfume-scented dreams!

Elle appears to have it all, but her life is turned upside down when her boyfriend dumps her to attend Harvard Law and date someone more "serious." Determined to get him back, she aces her LSATs and charms her way into the prestigious school but struggles to fit in with her peers. With the support of new friends, Elle realizes her potential and sets out to prove herself, finding that law may be her true calling after all.
With its exciting songs and dances, and a hilarious and heartwarming plot, Legally Blonde is a surefire hit and appropriate for audiences of all ages.
Harvard's favorite blonde takes the stage by pink storm in this empowering story of self-discovery and friendship.
